In her newest book, COOKING For LIFE, Cheryl Townsley took what she learned in helping her clients create meals that reduced inflammation, helped them rapidly lose weight, get their energy back, improve their mental focus and reboot their hormones to bring you fun and tasty recipes that are not only great to eat but that will quickly put you on the path to restoring your health. The collection highlights good fats, high fiber and alternatives to grains and high glycemic sweeteners to reduce inflammation without sacrificing taste!

Cheryl knows first-hand what it is like to lose her health, finances, business and be one step from losing her life. After several health and financial challenges, Cheryl attempted suicide in her mid-30s.

Regaining her life and going on to touch the lives of thousands of people, Cheryl has developed practical wisdom and expertise that now helps others overcome major life challenges.

Overcoming her own health and financial challenges led Cheryl to shift from her corporate job as a trouble shooter in the computer services industry to the world of wholistic health. Her gifts at ‘spotting patterns’ and ‘getting results’ quickly empowered her to build a quality reputation in the wellness industry.

By the age of 50, Cheryl realized that a perfect, organic diet, the best supplements and the best cleanses, did not guarantee ‘wellness and fitness’! At the age of 48, Cheryl had 45% body fat and a biological age of 90! The past ten years have been focused on breaking the barrier to fitness, especially for women.

As a result of her journey, at age 62, she is now 22% body fat, has a biological age of 48 and has an active, and healthy lifestyle that is fun and filled with adventure!

Going from minimal activity to climbing Pikes Peak, doing 10,000 push-ups, a kickboxing challenge and working with multiple gyms and trainers, Cheryl has transformed her life! Now she combines this knowledge with 20+ years of clinical experience and 8 years of corporate & executive coaching, to bring you the coaching, support and direction you need to create an active and healthy lifestyle!
